What you will do

• Define and own the roadmap for the agentic platform and knowledge graph, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver platform capabilities that power intelligent experiences.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and impact of AI-driven features.
• Collaborate with multiple product teams to integrate agentic workflows and shared services across the portfolio.
• Drive early customer validation and feedback loops to inform product decisions and accelerate adoption.
• Champion observability and data-driven practices to improve platform health and decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, ideally with AI platforms, data systems, or developer-focused products.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, knowledge graphs, and modern AI/ML concepts.
• Ability to design and apply evaluation and performance frameworks for complex systems.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data, and business teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and telemetry to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business value.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Background in AI-driven app development, SDK or API development, or prior engineering experience.
• Familiarity with applying evaluation frameworks in AI systems.
