Senior Product Manager

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Event Management): Building and optimizing industry-leading event software for internal admin and ticketing systems with an accent on user needs, product strategy, and roadmap execution. Focus on driving product metrics for attendee experience and collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to iterate on complex software solutions.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in or able to work from Dublin or Lisbon.

What you will do

• Develop a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with user needs and business objectives.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to build, iterate, and deliver high-quality user-facing software.
• Engage regularly with users, stakeholders, and fulfillment teams to identify opportunities and solve problems.
• Own and drive key product metrics for the Attendee Experience team.
• Communicate product bets and initiatives articulately to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive development through small, frequent iterations to validate ideas and course-correct.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or an equivalent role.
• Proven track record of shipping and iterating on valuable user-facing software.
• Experience driving tangible business outcomes through software development.
• Proven experience working within agile product teams.
• Ability to champion user needs while balancing business objectives.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate complex product stories.

Nice to have

• Technical background or experience with technical product management.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools.
