What you will do

• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and validate requirements for new capabilities.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from prototyping to delivery.
• Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback on roadmap plans and current solutions.
• Lead go-to-market activities, including release communications and internal enablement.
• Act as an evangelist for product discipline and strategy across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a Product Manager or equivalent.
• Must be based in EMEA (preferably Italy, Belgium, UK, Ireland, or Spain).
• English language proficiency (CEFR B2 level).
• Proven track record of launching and managing complex, data-driven B2B SaaS solutions.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and familiarity with design thinking and lean startup processes.
• Ability to evangelize strategy and translate company goals into detailed roadmap plans.

Nice to have

• Experience with system/device management or network infrastructure.
• Track record of building and evolving partner ecosystems (resellers, MSPs).
• Experience working in a hybrid environment with distributed teams.
