Product Lead - Reference Data & Documents (FinTech)

TL;DR

Location: Must work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.

Salary: $170,000 to $230,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, vision, and execution for investment product–related reference data and documents across the platform.
• Lead the evolution of the firm’s Global Data Master ecosystem, which serves as the authoritative source of reference data.
• Lead strategic client and internal stakeholder engagements to deploy reference data management solutions.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align on product direction, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive platform usage and adoption by delivering high-quality, reliable data and document solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management experience across Wealth/Asset Management, FinTech, Alternative Investments, or enterprise data platforms.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. wealth management and asset management ecosystems.
• Strong familiarity with investment product reference data, performance data, and product documents.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling enterprise-grade data platforms or master data management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong experience working with large datasets; SQL proficiency and a data-driven decision-making approach are required.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior leadership and build consensus across technical and business teams.
