What you will do

• Define and prioritize technical improvements for fraud detection, financial reporting, and data quality monitoring.
• Translate PFML laws and policies into specific technical requirements for Salesforce developers and Data Engineers.
• Coordinate data movement between Salesforce and the analytics environment, ensuring risk flags are visible to claim processors.
• Establish validation rules within Salesforce to catch errors at the point of entry and ensure data standards are met.
• Lead the production of mandatory state and federal reports, ensuring all data handling meets privacy standards.
• Investigate data discrepancies between the claim system and financial records to identify root causes and implement fixes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Systems Analysis in highly regulated fields like insurance, finance, or government services.
• Direct experience managing or implementing Salesforce-based solutions.
• Ability to work with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Experience working with complex legal or compliance requirements.
• Ability to explain technical constraints to policy makers and policy requirements to engineers.
• Bachelor's degree.
