TL;DR
Senior Data Scientist (Product Analytics): Using data and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making, focusing on unlocking actionable insights about customers, products, and the business. Focus on experimentation, exploratory analysis, and quantitative research to influence product roadmaps and strategies.
Location: Must be in the office in London at least three days per week.

What you will do
- Partner with product teams to identify important questions and answer them with data.
- Develop key product success metrics, set targets, measure results, and size opportunities.
- Design, build, and update end-to-end data pipelines.
- Partner with product researchers to build a holistic understanding of customers, products, and the business.
- Influence product roadmap and product strategy through experimentation and analysis.
- Build and automate actionable models and dashboards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with data to solve problems and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience applying analytical and statistical approaches.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable analysis and insights with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical).
- Strong growth mindset and sense of ownership.
- Experience with a scientific computing language (R or Python).
Nice to have
- Experience with BI/Visualization tools like Tableau, Superset, and Looker.
- Experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines.
- Experience working with product teams.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity.
