Senior Data Scientist - Product Analytics

Location: London, England; hybrid working with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with product teams to identify important questions and answer them with data.
• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product metrics, set targets, measure outcomes, and size opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and improve data sources and tables.
• Use experimentation, exploratory analysis, and quantitative research to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Build and automate actionable models and dashboards, then communicate findings and recommendations across R&D and the wider company.
• Help shape the foundations and operating practices of the Research, Analytics & Data Science organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using data to solve problems and support evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience applying analytical and statistical methods.
• Track record of independently delivering actionable analysis and insights with tangible impact.
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills, ownership, curiosity, and growth mindset.
• Experience with a scientific computing language such as Python or R.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Superset, Looker, or other BI and visualization tools.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and product teams.
• Experience using AI tools across the data science workflow.
