What you will do

• Manage the profitability, growth, and sustainability of the global Naval Combat Systems business.
• Take full P&L responsibility, including order intake, for the global business.
• Oversee business execution and product lifecycle management.
• Conduct strategic and financial business planning, as well as budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage customer relations in close collaboration with hirify.global Operational Countries and other Business Units within hirify.global.

Requirements

• Proven ability to create and implement strategies that secure both growth and EBIT, with the ambition to exceed business plan targets.
• Experience in complex international business and system-of-systems development.
• A solid understanding of software development, information security, cloud technologies, and related areas.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to challenge employees to excel and develop capabilities through coaching.
• Ability to effectively communicate expectations and vision to motivate and drive high performance and growth.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, control, and capital allocation.
