What you will do

• Co-facilitate end-to-end strategic work and strategy review processes.
• Build and track group-wide strategy pipelines to hit business plan targets.
• Enable local business units to improve transparency, performance, and value creation.
• Lead broader transformation plans and projects in preparation for exit processes.
• Explore new strategic growth verticals and performance enhancements.
• Manage high-impact initiatives including AI, sustainability, and digitalization.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant strategic role.
• Master’s degree in Strategy, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English and a Nordic language required.
• Ability to balance technical analysis with senior-level executive communication.
• Structured problem-solving mindset and pragmatic approach to dynamic tasks.

Nice to have

• Work experience in the B2B distribution industry or retail logistics.
• Proficiency in German.
