What you will do
- Design and lead data-driven marketing strategies with partners, aligning them with ’s business goals and GTM priorities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals, optimising the partner pipeline and conversion rates.
- Identify new opportunities and partnership models to expand reach and market impact.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks, ensuring visibility into campaign performance, ROI, and partner contribution to the pipeline.
- Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across all markets.
- Stay ahead of trends in B2B SaaS demand generation, continuously testing new tactics and channels to scale growth.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus!)
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, partner or channel marketing experience is a high plus.
- Proven success in developing and scaling demand generation programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
- Previous experience in leading teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate others, and a commitment to achieving team objectives.
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels, ABM, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and offline channels.
- Exceptional strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.

- Experience managing 3rd-party relationships or partner agencies.
- Experience managing demand generation teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
