What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients, providing high-level technical guidance and strategic direction.
• Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex identity security solutions.
• Take full ownership of the technical execution of SOWs, orchestrating the successful delivery of professional services.
• Conduct regular, in-depth technical reviews with customers, proactively identifying potential issues and optimizing their hirify.global environment.
• Partner with account teams to identify and cultivate up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Act as a critical liaison between clients, Customer Professional Services (CPS) team, Engineering, and Product Management.

Requirements

• Extensive Identity Security Experience (10–15 years) delivering enterprise-class IGA and/or IAM solutions.
• Proven Project Leadership (10+ years) leading the scoping, planning, and delivery of large-scale identity security projects.
• Exceptional skill in building trusted advisor relationships with senior-level clients and partners.
• Expert ability to manage multiple concurrent, technically complex identity projects.
• Deep knowledge of project planning, resource management, scope definition, and schedule management.
• Must have substantial Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Understanding of security frameworks like Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO27001.
• Experience with Pathlock, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
• Familiarity with Access Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) concepts.
