Salary: $116,900 - $197,083.60 (USD, US-based); competitive for other locations.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end POC processes for complex opportunities, including discovery, use case definition, and tailored demonstrations.
• Develop custom code and integrations with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure) to achieve successful evaluations.
• Coach customers on identity security best practices and map use cases to business outcomes.
• Create technical enablement materials, custom assets, and reusable solutions for the Solutions Engineering team.
• Provide feedback to Product Management and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Reside in United States or Canada with ability to travel up to 25% across US.
• 5+ years experience in Identity Management/Governance; hirify.global implementation a plus.
• Strong skills in Java, web development (XML, REST, SCIM), integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, AWS, Azure, HR systems.
• Knowledge of Beanshell, Tomcat, SQL, LDAP, Active Directory desired.
• Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills for technical/business audiences.
