AVP, Enterprise Authentication & Directory Services (Identity): Leading the global architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of the enterprise identity fabric with an accent on modernizing legacy Active Directory environments to cloud-native Microsoft Entra ID. Focus on designing resilient hybrid identity planes, governing complex authentication frameworks, and executing large-scale infrastructure migrations.
Location: Must be based in the U.S. with the ability to commute to a Hub for in-person engagement.
Salary: $115,000 β $200,000 USD Annual.

What you will do
- Lead the multi-year roadmap for migrating legacy Active Directory Domain Services to Microsoft Entra ID.
- Design and govern secure hybrid identity architectures, including Entra Cloud Sync and modern protocol connectivity.
- Manage cross-functional infrastructure projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee Entra ID governance, including PIM, lifecycle workflows, and access reviews to enforce least-privilege access.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of identity engineers and directory architects.
- Ensure 99.99% availability of global directory infrastructure through robust monitoring and disaster recovery planning.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
- 7+ years of experience in on-premises Active Directory architecture, domain consolidation, and legacy protocols.
- 7+ years of deep experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), tenant migrations, and hybrid synchronization.
- 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity, or technical project management teams.
- Proven track record of executing multi-million-dollar identity modernization programs.
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
