Location: Must be based in the U.S. with the ability to commute to a hirify.global Hub for in-person engagement.

Salary: $115,000 – $200,000 USD Annual.

What you will do

• Lead the multi-year roadmap for migrating legacy Active Directory Domain Services to Microsoft Entra ID.
• Design and govern secure hybrid identity architectures, including Entra Cloud Sync and modern protocol connectivity.
• Manage cross-functional infrastructure projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee Entra ID governance, including PIM, lifecycle workflows, and access reviews to enforce least-privilege access.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of identity engineers and directory architects.
• Ensure 99.99% availability of global directory infrastructure through robust monitoring and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• 7+ years of experience in on-premises Active Directory architecture, domain consolidation, and legacy protocols.
• 7+ years of deep experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), tenant migrations, and hybrid synchronization.
• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity, or technical project management teams.
• Proven track record of executing multi-million-dollar identity modernization programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
