What you will do

• Lead the design and scalability of core Java-based backend services for a multi-tenant platform.
• Architect platform components to support high-throughput, mission-critical workflows.
• Modernize backend services by refactoring legacy components and adopting reactive programming patterns.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and SRE teams to build robust platform capabilities.
• Mentor engineers on deep Java design principles and complex debugging.
• Partner with leadership to drive long-term technical strategy and platform evolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven track record of building scalable backend platforms supporting high concurrency.
• Deep understanding of JVM internals, memory management, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with data systems including PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience designing multi-tenant architectures and managing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS infrastructure.
