• Diagnose and resolve user connection issues.
• Analyze and monitor network traffic to identify blocking patterns.
• Configure and optimize XRay / 3X-UI servers (VLESS + Reality/WebSocket).
• Select and test transports, fragmentation, and traffic masking methods to bypass DPI.
• Build a system for monitoring server availability from different networks and regions.
• Manage server infrastructure (Linux servers in different locations, Docker, Traefik).

Требования

• Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/2, WebSocket, gRPC).
• Experience with XRay-core, V2Ray, Sing-box, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of DPI and network blocking mechanisms and principles of bypassing them.
• Experience with VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Reality, XTLS protocols.
• Confident Linux administration skills (network settings, iptables/nftables).
• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
