Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sweden, Finland, or the Netherlands.
Compensation: €6,500–€7,500/month

What you will do
- Design and scale ABM strategies across industries and ICP tiers.
- Manage paid media strategy with a focus on pipeline and conversion rather than just traffic.
- Own website messaging, customer journeys, and CRO.
- Collaborate with RevOps to build intent-driven outbound workflows for the sales team.
- Analyze marketing performance to understand influence across the buyer journey.
- Lead a junior performance marketer and manage external marketing agencies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or ABM roles.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Sweden, Finland, or the Netherlands.
- Strong background in ABM and deep alignment with sales teams.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact in technical markets.
- Hands-on experience with paid media, CRO, and funnel optimization.
- Experience using HubSpot or equivalent marketing stacks.
Nice to have
- Experience in iPaaS, API, or automation industries.
- Familiarity with AEO and experimentation at scale.
- Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
