TL;DR

Head of B2B Growth Marketing & ABM (SaaS): Building and scaling a high-performing ABM and growth engine for an enterprise integration platform with an accent on demand generation, funnel optimization, and sales alignment. Focus on designing repeatable, data-driven workflows, leveraging AI, and transforming the company's GTM strategy to compete with major market incumbents.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sweden, Finland, or the Netherlands.

Compensation: €6,500–€7,500/month

What you will do

  • Design and scale ABM strategies across industries and ICP tiers.
  • Manage paid media strategy with a focus on pipeline and conversion rather than just traffic.
  • Own website messaging, customer journeys, and CRO.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to build intent-driven outbound workflows for the sales team.
  • Analyze marketing performance to understand influence across the buyer journey.
  • Lead a junior performance marketer and manage external marketing agencies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or ABM roles.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Sweden, Finland, or the Netherlands.
  • Strong background in ABM and deep alignment with sales teams.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact in technical markets.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, CRO, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience using HubSpot or equivalent marketing stacks.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iPaaS, API, or automation industries.
  • Familiarity with AEO and experimentation at scale.
  • Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
