What you will do

• Design and implement innovative solutions to improve industrialization, productivity, and time-to-market.
• Monitor and optimize the performance and capacity of critical production environments.
• Lead architecture design discussions and implement scalable in-house solutions.
• Automate manual tasks and streamline CI/CD pipelines to improve development velocity.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex system issues.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for infrastructure and application designs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy.
• Strong expertise in DevOps practices and continuous integration/delivery implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux security and infrastructure elements.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in development languages and frameworks including Java, Python, Node, and SQL.
• Solid experience in managing IT project delivery, from design to operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Sonarqube.
• Familiarity with IaaS environments, systems, and network administration.
• Experience in process re-engineering within complex, changing environments.
