What you will do

• Advise product and growth teams on legal and regulatory implications of new features and monetization strategies.
• Conduct regulated activity mapping across global markets including payments, tokenised assets, and custody.
• Define go-to-market legal strategies and support licensing efforts for international expansion.
• Review and negotiate key commercial agreements with partners, resellers, and distributors.
• Develop and maintain product risk assessment frameworks and internal legal governance processes.
• Ensure marketing flows and product features align with global privacy (GDPR) and AML regulations.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of professional legal experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong background in regulatory strategy, licensing, and product-focused risk assessment.
• Deep understanding of cross-border legal frameworks and their application to digital assets.
• Proven ability to work independently in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
• Excellent commercial judgment and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice.
