Salary: 39,800 – 54,670 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Lead and support a gameplay engineering team, fostering technical and professional growth.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and animators to define and implement complex gameplay features.
• Develop and maintain high-performance systems including locomotion, animation, and camera integration.
• Optimize gameplay systems and collaborate with QA to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure cohesive alignment across cross-functional departments.
• Manage team risks and contribute to overall development success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Unreal Engine on AA or AAA titles.
• Proven background in gameplay systems such as locomotion, combat, and camera.
• Experience leading a team of approximately 7 engineers.
• Credited on at least one shipped AA or AAA title in a lead or management capacity.
• Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong command of English for professional communication and collaboration.
