What you will do

• Align engineering efforts with project-specific business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive project execution by optimizing workflows, delivery models, and engineering practices.
• Provide technical oversight across multiple technology domains to ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders to support professional growth and technical excellence.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
• Ensure proper off-boarding, project closure, and data retention or deletion in line with contractual and company policies.

Requirements

• A technology leader with 6+ years in software engineering and a solid track record in engineering management, technical delivery, and team leadership, including 2+ years in leadership or technical project management.
• Skilled in applying SDLC methodologies, quality assurance practices, and modern engineering tools to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Proficient in cloud-native architectures, microservices design, and modern development frameworks.
• Experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Confident in ensuring system security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
