What you will do

Provide technical leadership to all engineering and development areas.
Develop and execute an engineering strategy for the company.
Lead the development and implementation of new product features.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers and Team Leads.
Manage teamwork by planning and prioritizing engineering backlog, clarifying tasks, monitoring progress, and eliminating blockers.
Partner with other engineering and development teams.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary Agile development teams, preferably in a product.
Background in Engineering/Team Lead role with solid prior career experience as a software engineer.
Strong understanding and experience with Agile software development practices like Scrum, Kanban.
Experience with technical practices like continuous integration, automated testing, release management, performance monitoring, and applicable tooling such as Atlassian, Git, etc.
AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of current AI trends and technologies, with experience leveraging AI to optimize engineering workflows or build intelligent product capabilities.
Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
Proficient level of English.
