What you will do

• Build and own unit economics data models surfacing margin contribution, cost dynamics, and profitability.
• Develop analytical scaffolding for pricing reviews, including margin waterfalls and conversion sensitivity analysis.
• Integrate competitive pricing data into structured models for automated benchmarking and price distance analysis.
• Write Python-based tooling for simulation models, scenario analyses, and pricing rule engines.
• Own the semantic layer and metrics definitions for pricing domains to ensure cross-functional consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scale ELT workflows and ensure data reliability for pricing-critical reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in and fully eligible to work in Spain or the UK.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar modeling-focused roles.
• 2–3 years of direct experience with pricing analytics, revenue optimization, or pricing data infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation and building production-quality pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills and demonstrated experience designing robust dimensional data models.
• Hands-on experience with dbt (Core or Cloud) for managing transformation logic.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery) and orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lightdash or similar modern BI and semantic layer platforms.
• Background in telecom, SaaS, fintech, or marketplace environments.
