Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

Salary: $138,000 - $161,000

What you will do

• Design and build scalable full-stack services using Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features that improve member growth.
• Expand and maintain existing web and mobile applications.
• Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions, code reviews, and system planning.
• Drive technical and architectural discussions within the team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Ruby on Rails, Typescript, React.
• Proven ability to independently lead the delivery of complex technical projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable system architecture.
• Familiarity with observability and experimentation tools such as Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Sentry, Mixpanel, and Iterable.

Nice to have

• Experience in the benefits or mental health space.
• Experience with B2B2C customers.
