What you will do

• Systematically analyze big data sets to drive product roadmaps and create impactful results.
• Re-prioritize the Product Backlog considering business priorities.
• Articulate the business value to product teams.
• Take part in every aspect of Learna’s web product, from brainstorming new features to launching updates.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, guiding the product journey from concept to launch.
• Iterate with A/B tests and make data-driven product decisions to optimize UX/UI and monetization.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, digital products, or a related field. A technical foundation is a strong advantage.
• Interested in how AI, marketing, and product innovation intersect.
• Comfortable working with data, experiments, and product metrics.
• Rely on research, insights, and data to guide product direction.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
