What you will do

• Build robust financial models at both app and vertical level.
• Establish budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Define, monitor, and refine core unit economics (LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback periods).
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into performance.
• Lead the financial architecture behind major company decisions.
• Drive portfolio evaluation and capital allocation strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-growth consumer tech, mobile, or gaming company — ideally within the $100M–$500M revenue range.
• Strong fluency in app store economics, subscription models, and digital revenue dynamics.
• A track record of building from zero, establishing FP&A processes, building planning frameworks, or playing a meaningful role in IPO readiness or major transactions.
• Comfort operating at speed and in ambiguity, creating processes rather than relying on established ones.
• The confidence to challenge leadership constructively, combined with the maturity to operate effectively in a founder-led, product-driven culture.
