What you will do

• Drive core technical contributions to the Frontier platform within a cross-functional Solutions squad.
• Design and implement customer-facing aspects of Frontier, including developer-friendly APIs and delightful user experiences.
• Build reusable, production-grade solutions using Python and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Designers to implement new features and support the product.
• Lead the technical implementation and architecture of features, focusing on quality and scalability.
• Tackle complex, real-world challenges with state-of-the-art technology to drive meaningful organizational change.

Requirements

• Strong web development experience in React and Typescript alongside engineering experience in Python or Node.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, design, and automated testing strategies across the test pyramid.
• Significant experience with databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab.
• Proactive collaborator, experienced in working with cross-functional teams, Product Managers, and Product Designers to create delightful customer outcomes.
• Expertise in containerisation (Docker) and deployment/orchestration (Kubernetes) in a production environment.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-centric environment, bringing a creative and autonomous approach to solving difficult technical problems.
