• Oversee compositing workflows to ensure consistency across all projects.
• Spearhead departmental onboarding and provide technical support to the team.
• Collaborate with Heads of Compositing and VFX to integrate workflows with the wider studio pipeline.
• Manage technical requirements from transcoding through to final grading.
• Maintain clear communication channels with VFX supervisors, production, and technology teams.
• Represent the studio through industry outreach and professional engagement.

• Extensive experience in professional VFX compositing environments.
• Deep understanding of industry-standard compositing software and color pipelines.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain robust production methodologies.
• Leadership skills with experience motivating and mentoring creative teams.
