What you will do

• Drive the conversion experience across marketing sites, resource hubs, and campaign microsites.
• Own and scale a web-based design system ensuring consistency and impact.
• Navigate technical trade-offs between high-quality visual design and site performance.
• Partner with Brand, Growth, and Engineering teams to align visual storytelling with business goals.
• Continuously iterate on page structure and navigation based on A/B testing and user data.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the team's creative strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong expertise in B2B SaaS and complex information architecture.
• Proven ability to translate data and A/B test results into design improvements.
• Experience managing design roadmaps autonomously.
• Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and constructive feedback.
