• Own the builder pipeline, identifying and activating AI engineers and developers.

• Represent the organization in online spaces like GitHub, Discord, and Reddit.
• Surface community needs and feedback to shape internal research and product work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align community moments with public communications.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Proven experience in developer relations, open-source community management, or adjacent technical roles.
• Strong background in managing technical events, hackathons, or ecosystem partnerships.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments without predefined playbooks.
• Deep understanding of developer psychology and the open-source AI landscape.
• Track record of building genuine relationships and community trust rather than transactional engagement.
