What you will do

• Monitor and engage with community members across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook using the branded tone of voice.
• Initiate conversations, manage Facebook Groups, and organize online events to drive community participation.
• Resolve audience inquiries professionally and identify opportunities to surprise and delight super fans and influencers.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and gather insights from community feedback.
• Coordinate with talent and ambassadors to drive growth and collect user-generated content for the broader business units.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Los Angeles office 4 days per week
• 2+ years of experience in social media, community management, or customer support roles.
• Deep understanding of how communities operate across major social platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of US trends, pop culture, and topics related to parenting and young kids' interests.
• Proven ability to build and maintain social media followings organically.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
