TL;DR
Strategy Director (Experience): Leading strategic brand and CX initiatives for major clients with an accent on omnichannel customer journeys and design-thinking methodologies. Focus on co-creating scalable experience strategies, facilitating C-suite workshops, and aligning operational workstreams to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Location: Must be based in or be able to travel regularly to Bentonville, Arkansas for onsite work (Hybrid: 4 days/week).

What you will do
- Define opportunities, insights, and frameworks for the design team to elevate brand touch-points across physical, human, and digital ecosystems.
- Facilitate high-level workshops and co-creation sessions with diverse client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Craft compelling storylines and brand experience strategies grounded in consumer insight and data.
- Map operational workstreams and define requirements for digital, service, and retail initiatives.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver scalable innovations and experience strategies.
- Analyze customer experience outcomes to optimize brand performance and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite 4 days a week in Bentonville, Arkansas.
- Proven experience in Customer Experience design-thinking methodology and cross-channel journey mapping.
- Strong background in both B2B and B2C brand operations and psychological insights.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in high-pressure environments.
- Experience in leading research into best-in-class customer programs and retail technology trends.
