TL;DR

Order Management Representative: Processing orders and communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery with an accent on resolving operational and administrative issues. Focus on enhancing current business practices and interacting with cross-functional teams.

Location: Hybrid Burlington, MA or Raleigh, NC, must be local to one of those locations at time of application.

Salary: $49,514 - $61,164

What you will do

  • Manage customer transactions with a high degree of accuracy, including purchase orders, invoices, credit memos, and credit card payments.
  • Support the sales team with administrative or licensing questions and interact with cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Assist with customer support via incoming emails, calls, chats, or tickets.
  • Build efficient and effective responsiveness to existing operations and help define new operational strategies.

Requirements

  • Very good experience in order management, customer service, and sales support.
  • Ability to review purchase orders and related documentation for standard vs non-standard verbiage and identify when to escalate to Inside Sales, Legal & Finance Teams, etc.
  • Ability to work well with remote teams and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and strong Microsoft Office skills.
