What you will do

• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the COO to improve operational performance and scalability.
• Direct the Integration Management Office (IMO) by managing planning and execution for acquisition integration efforts.
• Lead the planning and execution of executive operating rhythms, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Develop board-ready presentations, analyses, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish robust program governance frameworks to track dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure transparency.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Finance, Operations, and Sales without direct authority.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Houston or Boston.
• Proven experience in structured problem-solving environments such as strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or operational excellence.
• Demonstrated history of supporting executive stakeholders or board-level discussions through high-quality materials and analyses.
• Exposure to large-scale cross-functional transformation, program management, or acquisition integration.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in building insights from complex operational data.
• Experience with program and portfolio management frameworks including planning and risk management.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS or technology companies with understanding of operational metrics and growth dynamics.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and program management software tools.
