What you will do

• Oversee multiple implementation projects, ensuring they meet goals, objectives, and communication standards.
• Monitor, track, and report on project KPIs and billable outcomes to senior management.
• Define and implement best practices and process improvements to drive team performance.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team leads.
• Foster effective communication channels across business units to ensure project alignment.
• Resolve complex project issues and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, planning, tracking, and billing.
• Active PMP certification required.
• Must be based in Canada or the US with valid passport and eligibility for international travel.
• Experience within the utility or payment processing industry.
• Knowledge of financial or accounting principles.
• Proven ability to demonstrate leadership, solve complex problems, and drive results.
