What you will do

• Lead onboarding and technical implementation projects for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage diverse functional relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure successful transition from project implementation to day-to-day operations support.
• Provide program and project dashboard reporting for milestones, status, and risks.
• Support early sales cycle activities, including product education and feature implementation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce new tools for implementation excellence.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
• 2+ years of experience in an analyst, operations, technology, or project support role.
• 2+ years of experience managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project delivery concepts and ITIL best practices.
• Ability to balance process compliance with operational flexibility.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and security checks.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems, POS, or banking machines.
• Knowledge of web, e-commerce, or mobile technologies.
