Location: Hybrid in Montreal, Quebec, Canada (3 days per week in office required).

What you will do

• Develop and manage group benefits and retirement programs aligned with global strategy.
• Lead annual benefits renewal and support the open enrollment process.
• Oversee vendor and broker management, ensuring performance expectations are met.
• Administer and optimize leave programs, including disability and parental leave, across North America.
• Collaborate with HRIS and payroll to troubleshoot issues and improve data flow.
• Provide support for escalated employee inquiries and complex benefits situations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Montreal, Canada.
• Strong experience managing benefits programs.
• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs in Canada and the U.S.
• Expertise in vendor management and leave administration.
• English proficiency required for global collaboration.
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
