What you will do

• Manage paid user acquisition across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Design and execute CRM strategies to improve user activation, engagement, and retention.
• Optimize the user journey from acquisition to subscription using CRO experiments.
• Build foundational growth infrastructure, including tracking, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
• Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with market goals.
• Monitor and analyze key growth metrics to prioritize initiatives and drive revenue.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
• Must be based in the São Paulo area.
• Proven experience with paid media platforms, CRM tools, and CRO experimentation.
• Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of growth metrics.
• Experience working in digital products, subscription businesses, or mobile apps.
• Professional fluency in English for application and collaboration.
