What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Create and execute effective account strategies tailored to the restaurant industry.
  • Identify business opportunities and drive growth across the LATAM region.
  • Manage and expand relationships with enterprise-level restaurant clients.
  • Negotiate complex deals and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product updates and implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, ideally in enterprise or B2B environments.
  • Mandatory experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Experience selling SaaS products and/or POS systems.
  • Proven experience working with clients across the LATAM region.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
