What you will do

• Drive product direction across gameplay, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Build and scale games from initial MVP through to LiveOps maturity.
• Define and optimize core game loops, progression systems, and economic structures.
• Lead A/B testing strategies, translating complex data into actionable product decisions.
• Utilize AI-driven analytics tools to gain rapid insights and improve iteration speed.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, art, and UA teams to ship production-ready titles.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping mobile games in casual or hybrid casual genres.
• Successful track record of taking at least one mobile game from early stage to LiveOps or scale.
• Deep understanding of game retention, monetization, and economy design.
• Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to validate decisions through continuous experimentation.
• Ability to thrive in high-speed environments with rapid iteration cycles.
