What you will do

• Develop a player-centric ecosystem strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product development for platform and community features from discovery to iteration.
• Partner with senior management and game teams to translate project needs into impactful solutions.
• Champion a data-driven culture utilizing A/B testing and rigorous experimentation.
• Act as the voice of the player by synthesizing market insights, community feedback, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing consumer-facing platforms or large-scale digital products with strong social components.
• Strong data literacy and experience using dashboards and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in forming and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
