TL;DR

Business Planning Analyst (Operational Planning): Developing and managing medium to long-term business capacity models and operational plans with an accent on data analysis and strategic forecasting. Focus on optimizing resource schedules across 8-week to 5-year horizons and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance service outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Hove, UK (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive medium- to long-term business plans.
  • Build and manage capacity models covering timelines from 8 weeks to 5 years.
  • Analyze complex datasets to generate strategic insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Enhance forecast accuracy by exploring data relationships and operational metrics.
  • Optimize resource schedules and coordinate workloads across business areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including Erlang modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity with contact center technologies such as IEX, CMS, Genesys, or Verint.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Methodical, logical approach to solving operational challenges.
  • Must be authorized to work in the UK.

  • Proven track record in enhancing customer experience through data-driven planning.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.
