Location: Hybrid (Manchester/London/Bristol); requires minimum 50% office attendance, with an initial period of full-time office work.

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert to mature the organization’s operational resilience capability and framework.
• Own and maintain multiple resilience mapping documents, ensuring coverage of dependencies, vulnerabilities, and contingency gaps.
• Influence the review of Impact Tolerances by providing robust data and supporting evidence for senior review.
• Design and facilitate in-depth scenario testing, including desktop exercises and simulations to drive genuine operational improvements.
• Communicate key themes, risks, and recommendations derived from lessons learned to senior stakeholders.
• Support the delivery and enhancement of the regulatory Operational Resilience Self-Assessment.

Requirements

• Must have demonstrable, hands-on operational resilience expertise.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations, specifically regarding FCA Consumer Duty and resilience standards.
• Proven ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and lead workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Experience in data analysis, report writing, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Must be able to work on-site in the UK for the hybrid requirements.
