TL;DR

Manager, Customer Strategy & Commercialisation (Fintech): Contributing to the delivery of consumer segment strategy, supporting strategic reviews and acting as a subject matter expert with an accent on analysing internal performance data, market trends and competitor insight to develop structured recommendations. Focus on shaping hirify.global’s next phase of strategy, contributing to the development of the strategic roadmap towards 2030+, and helping ensure customer and commercial outcomes remain tightly aligned.

Location: Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh. Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Salary: Β£59,850 - Β£66,500

What you will do

  • Contribute to the delivery of consumer segment strategy.
  • Support strategic reviews and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Analyse internal performance data, market trends and competitor insight to develop structured recommendations.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for Executive or Board level audiences.
  • Work closely with product, proposition, platform and business performance partners to ensure strategies are commercially robust, data led and actionable.
  • Contribute to the development of the strategic roadmap towards 2030+, and helping ensure customer and commercial outcomes remain tightly aligned.

Requirements

  • 5 + years’ experience in commercial strategy, business performance, finance, consulting or a similar analytical role
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing or influencing a P &L, budgets or large investment decisions
  • Experience developing business cases and supporting investment prioritisation
  • Strong communication, collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to challenge, and build consensus at senior levels
  • Experience shaping segment or proposition strategy
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for Executive or Board level audiences

Nice to have

  • Background in financial services, consumer businesses or regulated environments
  • Data literacy, with hands-on experience using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or equivalent to drive insight
  • Proven experience in commercial tracking, forecasting and financial planning, including multi year outlooks
