What you will do

• Support technology-enabled risk and control activities across the UK and Ireland.
• Analyse risk and control data to identify trends and potential weaknesses.
• Implement automation tools to reduce manual process effort.
• Embed risk requirements directly into systems and workflows through cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools for root-cause analysis and enhanced oversight quality.
• Provide governance support through automated reporting and dashboard management.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, identifying trends, and working with digital systems.
• Strong curiosity about AI and automation and their application in risk management.
• Pro-active approach to driving improvements and working autonomously.
• Confidence in engaging with a range of stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for managing complex data sets.
