TL;DR
Business Analyst (Retail/Ecommerce): Identifying, analyzing, and articulating complex business problems into clear requirements for retail, product, and mobile app initiatives with an accent on traceability from problem statement to benefit realization. Focus on facilitating cross-functional collaboration between Product, Tech, and Business teams while ensuring Agile delivery and high-quality documentation.
Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (Liverpool office available for hybrid work).

What you will do
- Elicit and validate business needs through workshops, observation, and quantitative analysis.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams.
- Manage the product backlog in coordination with Product Managers to ensure alignment on value and risk.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the SDLC to ensure project success and benefit delivery.
- Ensure project adherence to data privacy, information security, and regulatory governance.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
- Strong experience in Business or Systems Analysis within complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proficiency in requirements engineering, process mapping, and systems analysis.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with a degree or equivalent experience in Business or IT.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as IIBA (ECBA/CCBA/CBAP).
- BCS Business Analysis certification.
- Specific Agile (SAFe) or Product management certifications.
