What you will do

  • Manage complex deployments, escalations, and renewals for a portfolio of global accounts.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and health checks with client executive leadership.
  • Present and demonstrate cybersecurity defense solutions to C-suite executives and security experts.
  • Identify and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive Net Revenue Retention.
  • Analyze customer engagement to assess risks and execute account health action plans.
  • Mentor junior staff and lead strategic initiatives to improve team processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for senior business professionals.
  • Advanced understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
