Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Paris, France (Hybrid role)

What you will do
- Manage and optimize operational processes to support the Account Management team.
- Coordinate contract changes, product updates, and SLA documentation.
- Serve as the central communication link between Sales, Support, Finance, and Account Management.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Design and implement new structural workflows for the local team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a coordinating, operational, or process-oriented role.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS workflows and account management lifecycles.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong structured communication and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Background in managing renewals or product adoption processes.
