What you will do

• Rethink and reshape core workflows for auto repossession and remarketing systems.
• Design and implement scalable, resilient systems using modular and observable architectural principles.
• Integrate LLMs and agentic AI components to improve data validation and document processing.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality.
• Drive technical direction and architectural decisions across the full software lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and collaborative design discussions.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals in clean code, system design, and performance awareness.
• Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proven track record building production systems with .NET (Core/modern .NET).
• Proactive mindset for leveraging Generative AI to automate workflows and improve productivity.
• Ability to operate in production environments with a strong ownership and DevOps mindset.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Toronto, Canada.
