What you will do

• Collaborate with portfolio management and investment teams to monitor risk usage and emerging threats.
• Develop and enforce risk oversight processes, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on emerging risk areas and assess potential impacts on diverse portfolios.
• Engage with business stakeholders to mitigate risks and escalate concerns to senior management.
• Contribute to risk transparency and develop limits and thresholds within the risk management framework.
• Support regulatory deliverables and prepare committee and board reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial services, specifically in risk management, portfolio management, or trading.
• Proven knowledge of quantitative analysis and modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Familiarity with risk methodologies like stress testing and sensitivities.
