What you will do

• Own the design and delivery of AI-powered automation tools for enterprise teams.
• Architect and build scalable microservice-based systems for creative production.
• Integrate LLMs and image/voice models into reliable production-grade tools.
• Partner with product and design teams to build seamless integrations with platforms like Figma.
• Translate complex customer problems into reusable technical solutions and platforms.
• Hardening rapid prototypes into production applications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development within startups or scaling environments.
• 1+ year of experience leading technical teams and influencing senior engineers.
• Strong background in full-stack engineering with deep proficiency in TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Proven experience integrating AI APIs into production systems.
• Clear English communication skills for cross-functional and customer-facing collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and React.
• Experience integrating with creative industry tools like Adobe Suite or Figma APIs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude or Cursor.
