What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical implementations of voice AI solutions for enterprise restaurant brands.
• Configure platform integrations with POS systems, menu structures, and ordering flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live production environments.
• Codify deployment patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, and reference architectures.
• Partner with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer and escalation point.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback for internal engineering.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA.
• Strong background as a software engineer working with APIs, SDKs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for customer onsite engagements.
• Demonstrated experience in high-slope learning and resolving ambiguous, gritty technical problems.
• Expertise in building credibility with both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools to accelerate development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, NLP, or conversational AI.
• Previous startup or founder-led environment experience.
• Experience embedded within large enterprise product deployments.
